Pico Island is designed for the player to find out the mechanics of the game through trial and error. We deliberately avoid overloading the game world with lots of text and explanations. Players should not be prevented from playing by the language barrier. However, this makes it more difficult to get started for new players in particular. More explanatory text is therefore one of the most requested features.

In order to better convey the first steps of the game to beginners and to show more complex connections for experienced players, we have integrated a wiki. You can access the wiki directly in the game without having to quit Pico Islands. However, an internet connection is required for this, as the website is displayed live in the game behind the wiki symbol . This way you can also read the wiki in your web browser at any time when you are not playing. The language will be limited to English for the time being, as the translation into other languages simply means too much effort for us. There is not much content available yet, but the wiki will grow steadily over the next weeks.

In addition, we improved and fixed the following things:

fix idle cam not stopping to zoom after user interaction
center signpost if path building is started
more counters in statistics dialog
stonecutter won't stop harvesting stones from granite if stone is available from other sources
sleep instead cancel buttons for harbor and temple
