Your farmers have learned how to make delicious wine from the juices of fruit trees. However, it takes a long time for a fruit tree to grow and produce its first fruits. Just make sure that there are no over-motivated woodcutters nearby, and turn the plantation into lumber.

The demolition button will now show you what you have just selected. A new feature is the ability to remove trees immediately. To prevent the lumberjacks from becoming unemployed, you can only do this against gems.
